Introducing The Autumn 2009 PokerStrategy Top 20 Promotion
This is the chance for PokerStrategy members to participate in the new PokerStrategy Top 20 promotion which runs from October to December 2009. Individual members of each PokerStrategy community will get their own chance to be involved, with a January tournament deciding the ultimate winner.
Between the first and last days of every month, from October to December this year, all community members will get a chance to claim a $500 first prize for gaining the most PokerStrategy points for the month. All players finishing in the top 20 will get a minimum prize of $50, each month the competition starts from new so effectively you get 3 separate chances to win.
In January 2010, a $1buy in tournament with an added-on prize consisting of all the money in the global pot will be organized - with any player who has a real account eligible to join.
With 17 communities involved in this promotion, the prize pot for the tournament is expected to be worth at least $30,000.
