Playing at low stakes tables is a great thing for many poker players. Not only is it the only place you should be starting out but it gives you opportunities to refine other strategies and multi-table or rebuild confidence without problems. I go back to lower stakes tables with some regularity if I am working on a different way to play or just had a rough round of poker at a higher stakes table.
