If Ultimate Bet wants to be a serious contender in the poker world, they need to add phone and live chat support immediately. To be fair, neither PokerStars nor Full Tilt Poker offer phone support.

Once you get a hold of customer support, they are actually quite effective. My computer was stolen from my apartment one night and I e-mailed Ultimate Bet and told them to block all access to my account. They immediately blocked all access and then turned around and re-opened it for me as soon as I was ready. I was very impressed with their customer support.
